Two check in calls (20 mins) : The purpose of this is to answer any questions or make any useful adjustments to your plan.
Follow up Consultation (45 mins) : With a negotiated individualised plan and supplement programme.
Educational materials.
Access to a client portal. This is fully encrypted and will enable you to receive materials and messages from us. You are also welcome to message us via the portal twice a week throughout the programme. Further support is available if you book another 20-minute check-in call.
Food plans and recipes.
* Any additional testing or recommended supplements are provided by third parties at additional costs. If functional tests are taken an extra call needs to be booked and this will result in test result analysis, supportive materials, and an updated individualised plan.

Alternative to packages
Health MOT
The Health MOT is a stand-alone appointment (up to 45 mins), that gives you support and direction to help you understand how you can improve your diet and lifestyle. The advice and support given is based on the Food Diary and questionnaire completed by the Client 1 week prior to the appointment. A written report will accompany the appointment for the Client to take away. - £80.
